On the night of July 22nd, PriFest officially closed its tenth edition.

Below you can see the list of all the winners of this edition:

Best Pitch 2018

"Vanessa Redgrave Best Pitch Award" goes "The Walnut Tree", directed by Faysal Soysal.
The winner of the "Audio Postproduction" services prize is "Money for a funeral", Bulgaria.
The winner of the "Color Grading" prize is "Looking for Venera", Kosovo.

Students’ Independent Jury (for the Middle Length Program):

The Student Independent Jury has chosen the film "Mary", Croatia, as the winner of the "Middle Length Program".

FIPRESCI JURY

Winner of FIPRESCI Jury Award for the Best Balkan Film is "Directions", Bulgaria, by Stefan Kumandarev.

MEDIA JURY

Winner of Media Jury Award 2018: "Anchor and Hope", Spain, UK.

STUDENT PROGRAM:

And the winner from the Student Program is "Sun", Kosovo/Italy, by Mjellma Istrefi.

DOCUMENTARY PROGRAM

The winning film of the "Documentary Program" is "Mr. Gay Syria", Turkey.

MIDDLE LENGTH PROGRAM

And the award for the best film in the "Middle Length Program" goes to "Éclair", Macedonia.

SPECIAL JURY PRIZE

The special Jury Prize goes to "Anchor and Hope", Spain, UK.

EUROPEAN PROGRAM

And the "Best European Film" award goes to "Wajib", Palestine, directed by Annemarie Jacir.

“THE BEST ACTOR” award (Balkan):

The "Best Actor" award goes to Xhevdet Doda, the actor from "Rooftop Story", Kosovo.

“THE BEST ACTRESS” award (Balkan):

And the "Best Actress" award goes to Silma Mahmuti, for her role in "The Witch Hunter", Serbia.

“THE BEST DIRECTOR” award (Balkan):

And the "Best Director" for the Balkan films award goes to Stevan Kumandarev for film "Directions", Bulgaria.

“The Best Film” award (Balkan) - Main Prize:

The Best Balkan Film award goes to "Men don't cry", directed by Alen Drljevic.

International Achievement of a Kosovo Film/Actor

"International Achievement of a Kosovo Film/Actor" goes to Genc Salihu and Alban Ukaj for the film "Marriage".

And at the end, both our directors, Vjosa and Fatos Berisha, were surprisingly awarded with a "Golden Goddess" by Vanessa Redgrave!
