For the 17th edition of PriFest, the jury of the Medium Length Film Competition – a unique category at PriFest – is composed of respected professionals from the region, who will evaluate the competing works with dedication and artistic integrity.
The jury members for this edition are:
ERALDA L. LAMEBORSHI
She is a professor of world literature at East Texas A&M University and a scholar of world literature and cinema, with a special focus on Eastern European cinema. Her academic work in film and literary studies has been published in renowned journals such as World Literature Today, Continuum, and Signs: Journal of Women in Culture and Society. Currently a Fulbright Scholar in Kosovo (2024–2025), she is conducting research on Kosovar cinema and its cultural significance. She has also been awarded prestigious fellowships such as the Global Human Rights Fellowship and the Hagler Institute for Advanced Study Fellowship. Through her academic work, she promotes intercultural dialogue through film, connecting artistic expression with international audiences and diaspora communities. Her perspective combines scholarly analysis with a deep appreciation for cinema as a powerful tool for dialogue and cultural representation.
IVAN ĐUROVIĆ
Born on December 16, 1974, in Titograd. He graduated from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Cetinje, specializing in television production. Since 2001, he has worked as a producer, founder, and executive director of the production company Artikulacija Film. He has produced more than thirty feature films, documentaries, and shorts, as well as television series. He has participated in the production of numerous high-budget commercials for world-renowned brands and in international television projects broadcast on prestigious global channels. He is the founder of the Montenegro Film Forum and the first president of PDM (Producers and Directors of Montenegro). A key figure in the establishment of the new Montenegrin cinematography, he has continuously contributed to its development and was one of the co-authors of the Law on Cinematography in Montenegro.
He is a member of the European Film Academy and a participant in the Producers on the Move program at the Cannes Film Festival. He has been included in the BBC Professional Guide for his contribution to Montenegrin production and production services. The films he has worked on have been screened worldwide and have won many awards. His latest film Otter had its world premiere at the Sarajevo Film Festival 2025.
BLERINA HANKOLLARI
Blerina Hankollari studied European philosophy and has been active in the film industry since 2012. She worked as a creative consultant on the documentary Not a Carwash (2012) by director Gentian Koçi, which had its world premiere at Hot Docs, and produced the feature films Daybreak (2017) and A Cup of Coffee and New Shoes On (2022). Both titles received international acclaim and multiple awards at festivals, and were chosen as Albania’s official Oscar submissions in 2018 and 2023, respectively. She was selected among twenty rising European producers to take part in the Producers on the Move program by European Film Promotion during the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, as well as in the EAVE Producers Workshop 2025. From 2015 to 2023, Hankollari also worked as a researcher at the Institute of Cultural Anthropology and Art Studies in Tirana, deepening her engagement with cultural theories alongside film production.
The 17th edition of PriFest will be held from 9–14 September 2025 at Kino Armata in Prishtina.
